Upon arrival at Oahu, go to the baggage claim area. Once you have your luggage, go to the rental agency booths which are along the far wall north and south of baggage claim (inside the building) to fill out your rental agreement. Once the rental agreement has been filled out, proceed to the median to catch the shuttle bus.

In the case of Thrifty, instead of going to the rental booth area by baggage claim, please proceed directly to the median for all car rental pick-ups. The shuttle bus runs every few minutes. The shuttle bus will pick you up and take you to the Thrifty pick up lot at 3147 Nimitz Highway, for the rental process and car-pick up. The ride out to the Thrifty lot takes approximately 10 minutes. Having the pick up lot off airport property saves the renter money as they do not have to charge concession fees.
